After receiving his undergrad in Exercise and Wellness from BYU in 2013, Jarom went on to pursue his Masters in Occupational Therapy from Alvernia University. He graduated and became a board-certified Occupational Therapist in 2017 and received his Level II Postural Alignment Specialist (PASII) Certification in 2020. Not everyone maintains a strong connection with fitness throughout their life. When we're young, it's easy to stay active through sports, hiking, biking, and play, but as we get older, other priorities often take over. Before long, many of us find ourselves moving a little slower, carrying extra weight, and feeling less healthy than we should.
Five years ago, I realized I was in that exact place-and it was time to make a change.
I began training with Jarom at Vitalogy, and with his guidance, I rediscovered a passion for fitness. My health journey, combined with my growing appreciation for the gym, ultimately led me to earn my NASM CPT. This helped me understand what my body is capable of and how to support others in doing the same. Today, I enjoy motivating and encouraging individuals through boot camp-style classes that I strive to make both fun and challenging.

Nathan is a NASM certified Personal trainer with an
Weight Lifting & emphasis on corrective exercise. He is an all around athlete Personal Training that loves pushing the physical and mental limits of the human body. He is of the mindset of breaking boundaries/limits while finding and setting one's own boundaries/limits. One rule that he embraces is "Every exercise is also a core exercise". He believes in starting from the central core/hips and expanding training from there.
